Breakfast

A full English breakfast is freshly prepared on the Aga each morning and can be served either in the dining hall or out on the patio overlooking the garden in the summer.

For those who would like an alternative, Jane is happy to provide fruit smoothies, her homemade crunchy granola, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and honey.

Breakfast is available between 8.30am and 9.30am each day.

Please notify us in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.

Full English Breakfast

  • A choice of Fruit juice and Fresh fruit salad (Jane tries to vary the fruit salads daily)
  • Cereal of your choice, Porridge or Jane's home-made Granola
  • Egg(s) fried, scrambled, poached or boiled
  • Bacon, Sausage, Tomato or Baked Beans, Mushrooms
  • Toast or bread (brown or white)

Alternative 'House Specials' Breakfasts
  • Smoked salmon with creamy scrambled eggs
  • Kippers with bread and butter
  • Delicious drop scones, made on the Aga, with cream and maple syrup (children love these)
All breakfasts are served with tea or freshly made ground coffee. Toast or bread (brown or white)

Jane is qualified in the Bowen Technique and is also a Shibashi Tai Chi Instructor. Speak to Jane if you wish to book any of these treatments, at an additional cost, during your stay to ensure you go home completely relaxed.
