TariffsOur Tariffs start at £37.50 to £45.00 per person, per night depending on time of year room and duration of stay. This rate includes breakfast. Please call Jane or Paul for confirmation or further information. One to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £3.50 per dog, per night. If you book for 3 nights or more then dogs go FREE. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time in the bedrooms. En-suiteThis pretty en-suite shower room can be set-up as either a double or twin bedded room, making it perfect for either a relaxing mother and daughter or 'girlie' weekend or a romantic weekend away. Maybe indulge in one of Jane's treatments or try a little Shibashi Tai Chi to help you relax? Family SuiteComprised of a super kingsize mahogany sleigh bedroom and single room situated right next door to each other. These two rooms combined make excellent family accommodation. We have a slatted deluxe single guest bed available to enable us to accommodate 2 children in the single bedroom. The shower room is situated just outside the bedrooms and has a wonderful power shower. Single bedroomThe single bedroom is a lovely sunny room in the morning, full of character with a comfortable 3ft single bed, hanging rail and chest of drawers for your clothes. Sole use of shower room. Super Kingsize bedroomThis delightful room has a beautiful mahogany 6' 6" sleigh bed. This room is full of character with its beams, beautiful original oak floorboards and stained glass windows. Sole use of shower room. These two rooms are situated down a short corridor. A door at the end of the corridor can be closed during your stay making it a perfectly private area where families, friends or guests with dog(s) can enjoy time on their own. All rooms have good quality bed linen, towels, cushions, hairdryer and hospitality tray to make your stay with us a real 'home from home'. Shower roomThe shower room has a power shower. We provide guests with body wash, moisturising shampoo, hand wash and hand lotion as well as other home comforts. When you book either the single room or super kingsize room you get sole use of the shower room. We do not let either of the other rooms during your stay. Booking ConditionsDeposits of £20 per person are requested with confirmation to secure booking within 7 days. Reservations will be held until 6pm on day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. The rooms are available for occupancy after 5.30pm or unless a different time has been arranged prior to your arrival i.e. if you are attending a wedding at St Audries. Please keep us informed of any delays that may alter your expected arrival time. During peak periods we ask that rooms be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure. There is also a minimum 2 nights' stay during peak periods. AccessibilityWe aim to meet the accessibility needs of all of our guests. However, the structure and layout of Arden Cottage can make access for guests with limited mobility difficult.
